Extended Stay - Ormond Beach

I don't like the hotel. Was very old and the room looks very old and small

The hotel was located close to the beach as well as area attractions. We liked rooms for amenities.

The biggest compliant I have was that the shower head was very low in position. If you are taller then 5 feet you can not stand under the shower, you have to bend over to get your head wet. I'm 5'10 so this was certainly not a relaxing experience for me. Overall the room was what we needed it for...a place to sleep for 1 night.

Could'nt wait to get out of there

Amazing room for amenities, incredibly nice staff. Nice pool, parking on-site. Everything great. Great location, 15 minutes' walk to Destination Daytona. Close to the airport, 24 min drive.

Room was very dirty, the towels were unwashed at best. Will not stay there again.

When booking this hotel, the hotel was labeled as a three star hotel. This was clearly a mistake as that is a one star hotel. I think the worst aspect of the hotel was the cigarette burns in the sheets of a non-smoking room. This would be quickly followed by the towels that resembled dish rags, the fact that no shampoo was provided, no iron/ ironing board provided, and the bed of springs.

Dirty carpet, dirty tub, holes in walls, poor drywall patches everywhere. One towel (for 2 of us) and sheets so worn they had holes.

cleaned room once in 3 days. had 2 towels for 3 days,door falling off,ac didnt work well.

Check out time listed as 11 am but keys turned off around 930 am. Management said the keys get scratched and sometimes do not work.

The room wasnice and neat, a relief compared to my last visit to a hotel in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was perfect for the kids to expend their energy. The location also provided easy access to local attractions.

In my wife's opinion, cleanliness really needs improvement.

The amenities were surprising. I enjoyed the pool, game room, relaxing patio, and outdoor BBQ area. The room was comfortable and clean, a relief amidst the chaos at check-in.
